Having 'had the helm' in top level kitchens in restaurants, hotels & resorts in 3 countries, Chef John has additionally had the pleasure of creating menus for innumerable weddings, special events and festivals for clients ranging from celebrities of film, music, politics and sports to humble backyard barbeques for the family...and everything in between.

He came up with a magical menu that showcased local flavours. All of our guests and vendors commented on the meal. In fact, many of them are STILL talking about it - months later! Everything was absolutely delicious. It is really astounding what they are able to produce outdoors with limited resources. They required very little from us and were very self sufficient.
